Landlords Fees

Below is a list of fees and charges which can apply during or and the end of tenancy. Please note that fees charged are invoiced on a 14 day payment policy should you fail to pay this can cause additional charges and collection fees.

Basic services and
charges

Tenant Introduction includes market the property, show prospective tenants around, check references and draw up tenancy agreements. Landlords will receive the first rent and deposit to a designated account, in addition we offer to organise 3rd party inventory and check-in and checkout for an additional fee.

Service fee: 2.5 weeks rent (for example if your rent is £1600pcm £1600 x 12 / 52 x 2.5 = £923.07).

Rent Collection

Market the property, show prospective tenants around, check references and draw up tenancy agreements. The agent will receive the rent and credit it minus our fee to a designated account, in addition we suggest to organise 3rd party inventory and check-in and checkout for an additional fee which is subject to property size details are below.

Service fee: 10% (subject to agreed fee) of the collected monthly rent (for example if your rent is £1600pcm 1600 x 10% = £160)

Full Tenancy Management

Market the property, show prospective tenants around, check references, draw up tenancy agreements, manage the tenancy and receive the maintenance issues.The agent will receive the rent and credit it minus our fee to a designated account and deal with all tenancy related correspondence, in addition we insist to organise 3rd party inventory and check-in and checkout for an additional fee which is subject to property size details are below.

Service fee: 12% (subject to agreed fee) of the collected monthly rent (for example if your rent is £1600pcm 1600 x 12% = £192)
