I began my career in the lettings industry in 2007 working for Brighton’s largest student lettings agency. I chose to make my career in this industry due to my parents owning a small property portfolio and also due to my interest in meeting people from all walks of life.
I enjoyed working in such a fast-moving competitive market and after my first year thrived through growing my client base, following which I proceeded to become a senior within that Agency. I then studied to achieve an industry recognised award NFOPP (National Federation of Property Professionals) for the residential sale of Property. In 2013 I moved from the large market leading lettings agent to another lettings company which was in its infancy. Within 4 years I helped to drive the fledgling business to a shop front and a competitor within the lettings and student market with growth of 400% during my employment.
Now, with 15 years of experience in the lettings industry, the knowledge and understanding of the service Landlords and tenants expect, Brighton Lettings Agency has been created with you in mind, we would welcome the opportunity to service your properties soon.
Working in this industry and with the understanding of what clients expect and require from their lettings agent our mission is to listen to our clients and provide you with an honest, personal and reliable service. We will achieve this by always ensuring that you are kept up to date with regular updates and information on your properties with face to face meetings or telephone conversations, whichever you would prefer. We will also ensure that our landlords have mobile contact with the agent which is monitored outside of office hours.
